On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Aditi Agnihotri was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective March 16, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 332/2023;

And whereas Aditi Agnihotri tendered her resignation effective August 15, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 332/2023 be revoked effective August 15, 2023.
