On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Ahlena Sultana-McGarry was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective June 11, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 792/2025;

And whereas Ahlena Sultana-McGarry tendered her resignation effective September 6, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 792/2025 be revoked effective September 6, 2025.
