On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 19(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008,

John Hemsted of Oro-Medonte

be reappointed as a member of the Lake Simcoe Coordinating Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective as of October 25, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
