On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Joyce Curry of Toronto, reappointed by O.C. 1325/2023 as a part-time member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned from her appointment effective October 1, 2025;

Now therefore, pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1325/2023 be revoked.
