On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Candace Herod of Burlington, appointed by O.C. 1124/2024 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario, has resigned from her appointment effective January 12, 2025;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 7(1)(b) of the Dental Hygiene Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1124/2024 be revoked.
