On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 2 of the Lake of the Woods Control Board Act, 1922, as re-enacted by section 1 of the Lake of the Woods Control Board Amendment Act, 1958,

Michael O’Flaherty of Keewatin

be re-appointed as part-time member of the Lake of the Woods Control Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective the later of October 31, 2021 and the date this Order in Council is made.
