On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 110 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, Order in Council O.C. 655/2022 dated March 24, 2022, reappointing Robert Kitchen of Heathcote, as part-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board be revoked, effective October 1, 2024.
