On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jim Daley of Kitchener, reappointed by O.C. 1721/2022 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Chiropodists of Ontario, has resigned from his appointment effective December 11, 2024;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 7(1)(b) of the Chiropody Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1721/2022 be revoked.
