On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sarbjeet Saini of Brampton, appointed by O.C. 736/2023 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario, has resigned;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 7(1)(b) of the Medical Laboratory Technology Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 736/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
