On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Randy Baker of Toronto, reappointed by O.C. 431/2024 as a part-time member of the Council of the Ontario College of Pharmacists, has resigned from his appointment effective September 16, 2024;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 7(1)(b) of the Pharmacy Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 431/2024 be revoked.
