On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Gillian Burton was reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective April 29, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1703/2021;

And whereas Gillian Burton tendered her resignation effective June 22, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, Order in Council O.C. 1703/2021 be revoked effective June 22, 2023.
