On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Anthony Cornacchia was reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective May 31, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 658/2023;

And whereas Anthony Cornacchia tendered his resignation effective August 31, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, Order in Council O.C. 658/2023 be revoked effective August 31, 2023.
