On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Alvin Fiddler of Thunder Bay, appointed by O.C. 1019/2023 as a part-time member of the board of directors of Ontario Health, has resigned from his appointment effective July 28, 2023;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 8(1) of the Connecting Care Act, 2019, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1019/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
