On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Tassia Poynter of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Tassia Poynter was reappointed as a part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective November 2, 2025 by Order in Council O.C. 918/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 918/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
