On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14 (1.1), 14 (1.2) and 14 (2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act, as amended,

Glenn C. Walker of Chatham

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal who is entitled to hear matters under the Agricultural Employees Protection Act, 2002, for a fixed term of five years effective January 9, 2025 to January 8, 2030.
