On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Protect Ontario Through Free Trade Within Canada Act, 2025

January 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Protect Ontario Through Free Trade Within Canada Act, 2025, c. 3, which amends the Ontario Labour Mobility Act, 2009, comes into force:  
Schedule 6, s. 7.
