Order in Council 1504/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 23(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992,

Stephen wong of the City of Toronto

is hereby appointed as a part-time member of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective on the date this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to section 23(2) of the Building Code Act, 1992,

Stephen wong of the City of Toronto

is hereby designated as the part time Chair of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective on the date this Order in Council is made.

And further that Order in Council 1140 /2018 be revoked effective on the date this Order in Council is made.
