On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Safer Streets, Stronger Communities Act, 2024

January 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Safer Streets, Stronger Communities Act, 2024, c. 27, which amends the Highway Traffic Act, comes into force:
