On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Niagara Parks Act, O.C. 590/2021 dated May 13, 2021 appointing Barton Maves as a member and O.C. 524/2022 dated March 10, 2022 designating Barton Maves as vice-chair of The Niagara Parks Commission be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
