Order in Council 1508/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portions of proposed highway, being:
   1. in the Towns of Halton Hills and Milton, Geographic Township of Trafalgar, Regional Municipality of Halton, and in the City of Mississauga, Geographic Townships of Trafalgar and Toronto, Regional Municipality of Peel, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5150-0004; and
   2. in the Town of Halton Hills, Geographic Township of Esquesing, Regional Municipality of Halton, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5151-0007; and
   3. in the City of Brampton, Geographic Township of Chinguacousy, Regional Municipality of Peel, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5152-0024; and
   4. in the Town of Caledon, Geographic Township of Chinguacousy, Regional Municipality of Peel, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5152-0025; and
   5. in the Town of Caledon and City of Brampton, Geographic Township of Chinguacousy, Regional Municipality of Peel, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5152-0026; and
   6. in the Town of Caledon, Geographic Township of Albion, Regional Municipality of Peel, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5153-0008; and
   7. in the City of Brampton, Geographic Township of Toronto Gore, Regional Municipality of Peel, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5154-0002; and
   8. in the City of Vaughan, Geographic Township of Vaughan, Regional Municipality of York, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5155-0002; and
   9. in the City of Vaughan and Township of King, Geographic Township of King, Regional Municipality of York, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5156-0000,

be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.R.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
