Order in Council 1509/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portions of highway in the City of Woodstock, County of Oxford, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation being:
   1. part of Lot 22, Concession 3, Geographic Township of East Oxford, in the City of Woodstock, County of Oxford, and shown as Part 1, on Plan 1067 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3046-50) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Oxford; and
   2. part of Lots 1 and 5, Registrar’s Compiled Plan 1614, in the City of Woodstock, County of Oxford, and shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Plan 41R-4633 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3046-54) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Oxford; and
   3. part of Lot 27, Registrar’s Compiled Plan 1600, and part of Lots 12 and 16, Registrar’s Compiled Plan 1654, in the City of Woodstock, County of Oxford, and shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Plan 41R-4632 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3046-55) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Oxford; and
   4. part of Lot 10, Concession 1, Geographic Township of East Oxford, in the City of Woodstock, County of Oxford, and shown as Part 1 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Oxford as Plan 41R-7190 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3046-73) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Oxford; and
   5. part of Lot 11, Concession 1, Geographic Township of East Oxford, in the Township of Norwich, County of Oxford, and shown as Part 1 Plan 41R-7664 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3046-78) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Oxford; and
   6. part of Lots 23, 26 & 34, Registrar’s Compiled Plan 1600, in the City of Woodstock, County of Oxford, and shown as Parts 1, 4 and 5, on Plan 41R-9095 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3046-82) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Oxford; and
   7. part of Lot 10, Concession 1, Geographic Township of Blandford, in the Township of Blandford-Blenheim, County of Oxford, and shown as Part 1 on Plan 41R-7187 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3079-56) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Oxford; and
   8. part of Lot 10, Concession 1, Geographic Township of Blandford, in the City of Woodstock, County of Oxford, and shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on a Plan 41R-10775 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3079-059), deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Oxford,

be designated as controlled-access highway, pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
