Order in Council 1510/2025
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
- the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Neelon, in the City of Greater Sudbury, District of Sudbury, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as PART 1 on Designation Plan P-7339-30 filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation on the 25th day of March, 2025, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
- Order in Council OC-2504/92 dated August 20, 1992, designating the portions of highway as a proposed controlled-access highway, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Sudbury as Instrument LT747410 (Plan MISC. 756), shown on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-7339-20 is hereby revoked pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended.
