Order in Council 1512/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portions of highway in the Township of Perry, District of Parry Sound, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2394-229, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation on the 10^th day of April, 2025, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
2. the portions of highway in the Township of Perry, District of Parry Sound, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 2, 3 and 4 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2394-229, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation on the 10^th day of April, 2025, be designated as secondary highway pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 40 as amended; and
3. Order in Council OC-4457/69 dated December 4, 1969, designating portions of highway as controlled-access highway, shown on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2394-53, and added as Schedule 59 to Regulation 398, RRO. 1970, is hereby revoked pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 50 as amended; and
4. Order in Council OC-833/96 dated May 15, 1996, designating portions of highway as controlled-access highway, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Parry Sound as Instrument RO158963 (Plan MISC 332), shown on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2394-68, and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as LT214398, is hereby revoked pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 50 as amended.
