On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant tosubsections 7(1) and 7(2) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006,

Audrey Wubbenhorst of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Central Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term of up to two years, effective October 23, 2016.
