Order in Council 1513/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portion of highway in the Unsubdivided Geographic Township of Ewart (Unorganized), in the District of Kenora, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 3 on Crown Land Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Kenora as Instrument KN38471 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2498-10), be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended.
