Order in Council 1515/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portions of a proposed highway in the Geographic Township of Lyon (Unorganized), in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2958-68, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwest Region, Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 19^th day of August 2025, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
2. Order in Council OC-886/2003 dated April 9^th, 2003, designating portions of highway as a controlled-access highway, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Instrument F0119333 (P-2958-22), and shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2958-22 be revoked pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended.
