Order in Council 1516/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portions of a proposed highway in the Geographic Township of Dorion, in the Municipal Township of Dorion, in the District of Thunder Bay, and shown as Parts 1, 2, and 3 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2986-116, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwest Region, Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 19^th day of August 2025, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
2. Order in Council OC-884/2003 dated April, 9^th 2003, designating the above-mentioned highway as a controlled-access highway, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Instrument F0119330 and in the Land Registry Division as Instrument TBR432785, shown on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2986- 66, be revoked pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended.
