On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

  1. the portions of a proposed highway in the Geographic Township of Stirling (Unorganized), in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Parts 1, 2, 3, and 4 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2560-44, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwest Region, Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 19th day of August 2025, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
  2. the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Stirling (Unorganized), in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Parts 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2560-44, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwest Region, Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 19th day of August 2025, be designated as a secondary highway pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
  3. Order in Council OC-885/2003 dated April 9th, 2003, designating the above-mentioned highway as described in section 2 as a proposed controlled-access highway, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Instrument F119328 (P-2560-24), and shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2560-24, be revoked pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended.
