Order in Council 1518/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas David Lanthier was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective February 27, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1645/2021;

And whereas David Lanthier tendered his resignation effective October 31, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, Order in Council O.C. 1645/2021 be revoked effective October 31, 2023.
