Order in Council 1518/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portions of highway in Unsurveyed Territory, in the Unsubdivided Geographic Township of Rupert (Unorganized), in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Parts 1 and 2 on a Preliminary Assumption Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Plan TY293811 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-8004); and
2. the portions of highway in the Unsubdivided Geographic Township of Rupert (Unorganized), in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on a Crown Land Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Plan TY258780 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-8055-2), be designated as a secondary highway pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended.
