On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

    1. the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Carling, District of Parry Sound, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-7120-40; and
    2. the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Carling, District of Parry Sound, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-7120-41,
      filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation on the 11th day of August, 2025, be designated as secondary highways pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
  2. Order in Council OC-1227/82 dated May 13, 1982, designating portions of a highway in the Geographic Township of Carling as secondary highway, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as Instrument LT131656 (Plan Misc. -289), and registered in the Land Registry office for the Registry Division of Parry Sound as Instrument RO93803 (Plan 93253), shown on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-7067-2A, be revoked pursuant to section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 50 as amended; and
  3. Order in Council OC-780/2005 dated May 4, 2005, designating portions of a highway in the Geographic Township of Carling as controlled-access highway, registered in the Land Registry office for the registry Division of Parry Sound as Instrument RO201053, and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as Instrument LT268906, shown as Part 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2154-23, be revoked pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 50 as amended.
