Order in Council 1520/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. The portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Arthur, Township of Wellington North, County of Wellington, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being:

   1. Part of Divisions 1 and 2, Lot 31, West of Owen Sound Road, Geographic Township of Arthur, in the County of Wellington, and shown as Parts 5 and 6 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Wellington as Plan 61R-7297 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2077-81); and
   2. Part of Divisions 3 and 4, Lot 30, East of Owen Sound Road, and Part of Division 1, Lot 31, East of Owen Sound Road, and Part of Division 4, Lot 30, West of Owen Sound Road, and Part of Divisions 1 and 2, Lot 31, West of Owen Sound Road, in the Geographic Township of Arthur, in the County of Wellington, and shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Wellington as Plan 61R-10393 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2077-91); and
   3. Part of Divisions 1 and 2, Lot 30, East of Owen Sound Road, in the Geographic Township of Arthur, in the County of Wellington, and shown as Part 1 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Wellington as Plan 61R-10394 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2077-92),

   be designated as controlled-access highway, pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
