Order in Council 1521/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Westminster, City of London, County of Middlesex, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being Part of the Original Road Allowance between Lots 65, 66 and 67 East of the North Branch of the Talbot Road and Lots 65, 66 and 67 West of the North Branch of the Talbot Road, and part of Lots 65, 66 and 67 East of the North Branch of the Talbot Road, and part of Lots 65, 66 and 67 West of the North Branch of the Talbot Road, and part of the Original Road Allowance between Lots 65 and 66 East of the North Branch of the Talbot Road, and part of the Original Road Allowance between Lots 65 and 66 West of the North Branch of the Talbot Road, in the Geographic Township of Westminster, shown as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Title Division of Middlesex as Plan 33R-20217 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2719-0080), be designated as controlled-access highway to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
