Order in Council 1522/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portions of highway, in the City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation being:

   1. part of Lot 17, Concession 2, North of Dundas Street and shown as Parts 15 and 16, on Plan 43R-21439 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5005-0208) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division and Registry Division of Peel; and
   2. part of Lot 16, Concession 2, North of Dundas Street and shown as Part 12, on Plan 43R-21439 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5005-0208) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division and Registry Division of Peel; and
   3. part of Lot 17, Concession 2, North of Dundas Street and shown as Part 14, on Plan 43R-20911 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5005-0206) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division and Registry Division of Peel; and
   4. part of Lot 18, Concession 2, North of Dundas Street and shown as Part 12, on Plan 43R-20911 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5005-0206) deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division and Registry Division of Peel,

   be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
