On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 28 (1) of the Pay Equity Act, Stephen Roth of Stratford be reappointed as part-time member, representative of employees of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective the later of December 12, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
