On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5 (1) of the Cabinet Ministers’ and Opposition Leaders’ Expenses Review and Accountability Act, 2002, the rules respecting allowable expenses set out in the Appendix to this Order in Council (Allowable Expense Rules) be made, effective January 1, 2020;

Further, Order in Council O.C. 1350/2016 dated September 14, 2016 and the rules made thereunder be revoked, effective January 1, 2020.
