On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Stephen Bird of Perth, appointed by O.C. 25/2024 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, has resigned from his appointment effective November 30, 2025;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 6(1)(b) of the Medicine Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 25/2024 be revoked.
