On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 13 (b) of The Laurentian University of Sudbury Act, 1960,

Roxanne Bouchard of Ottawa,

be appointed as a member of the Board of Governors of Laurentian University of Sudbury for a fixed term of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
