On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(1) of the Connecting Care Act, 2019, Neil Fraser of Toronto be reappointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of Ontario Health to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective January 11, 2026 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
