On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 5 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993, the appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Clean Water Agency of Amy Syed by Order in Council 18/2021 dated January 7, 2021 is hereby revoked, effective from the date this Order in Council is made, as Amy Syed has resigned as a Director of the Ontario Clean Water Agency effective as of August 17, 2023.
