On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 162(1)(a) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 1850/2021 dated December 16, 2021, reappointing Elizabeth Witmer as full-time chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
