Order in Council 1596/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 86.1(5.2) of the Courts of Justice Act, Associate Judge Marie Theresa Fortier be reappointed as associate judge of the Superior Court of Justice for a fixed term of one year, effective January 19, 2026.
