Order in Council 1600/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Government of Ontario appointed Michael Lindsay as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation pursuant to Order in Council 1228/2023 dated August 17, 2023;

And whereas Michael Lindsay has taken a secondment from his position as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation, effective December 16, 2024, for a period not extending beyond June 30, 2025;

And whereas the Government of Ontario wishes to appoint a Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation for the period of Michael Lindsay’s absence while on secondment;

Now therefore pursuant to section 10 of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011,

be appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective December 16, 2024, for a period not extending beyond June 30, 2025.
