On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5 (2) of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993, Diane McArthur of Toronto be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Financing Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding two years, effective as of December 9, 2025.
