On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 2(2) and subsection 5(2) of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999,

James Warren of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as chair of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 1 year, effective the later of December 21, 2025, or the date this Order in Council is made.
