On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Stephanie Zwicker Slavens of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term ending November 30, 2027, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Pursuant to, whereas Stephanie Zwicker Slavens was reappointed as a full-time member and associate chair of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective December 1, 2024 by Order in Council O.C. 948/2024;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 948/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
