On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3 (2) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act,

Brian Sarginson, of Callander

is appointed as a part-time member of the Algonquin Forestry Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective from the date this Order in Council is made.
