Order in Council 1613/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Stephanie Zwicker Slavens of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Stephanie Zwicker Slavens was reappointed as a part-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective December 1, 2024 by Order in Council O.C. 962/2024;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 962/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
