On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Diane Wade of Carlsbad Springs be reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of four years, effective February 14, 2026.
