On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Warren Morris was reappointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of five years, effective October 31, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 1646/2017;

And whereas Warren Morris tendered his resignation effective July 1, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, Order in Council O.C. 1646/2017 be revoked effective July 1, 2020.
